To help remove a bolt that is "frozen" in place try this: Tighten the bolt, nut, or bleed nipple a cinch before trying to loosen it. That bit of torque will usually break loose the item to be removed, and thus let you carry on your work without having to go shopping for ez-outs, bolts, nuts, etc.
Here's another twist on removing frozen bolts.
Using an oxyacelene torch, propane won't get hot enough, heat the bolt until cherry red. When it cools (by itself, not with water), it will shrink in size. Then you can usually back it out. Try the tighten a cinch first then loosen to make sure it comes out.
Contrary to popular myth, heating the nut, trying to expand it, doesn't work.
