Garage space has opened up in the garage where I keep my Mini in Astoria, Queens and the super has asked me to find another occupant.

I am looking for another Mini owner to share the space in the 2-car garage with mine. The garage is somewhat modern, has electricity and clean.
The space is 200 per month.
It is in a row of garages under an apartment complex on 31st Street along the N/W line near Broadway (the Broadway exit on the N/W).
There is an overnight security gate.
